Our technology is based on standard plastics processing machinery. The core of the process is a specifically designed impregnation unit in which glass  fibres are introduced, spread and impregnated by a polymer melt.

We offer a license programme to industrial organisations that prefer to manufacture tapes following our process.

In 2012 the Polytechnic Insitute of Leiria (Portugal) and others published a paper with test results, comparing Comp Tape's glass/PP tape with Twintex. You can download the paper here.

In addition, we produce thermoplastic composite pressure vessels using robotic winding, we produce woven tapes to produce laminates ("Organoblech") and sandwich panels.
